The NaFrinse Weekly Sodium Fluoride Mouthrinse Program is used in schools extensively throughout the United States. The program has been a successful tool in the reduction of tooth decay. It is a worthwhile, easy and inexpensive way to promote good dental health.

| Volunteer, school nurse or teacher to oversea the distribution, swishing and disposal of the fluoride in the classroom. |
| Decide what type of fluoride you want to use. Example: NaFrinse Unit Dose Premixed Fluoride Mouthrinse Program, NaFrinse Fluoride Mouthrinse Program-Powder or NaFrinse Deluxe Fluoride Tablets. | |
| The number of children participating in the program and the number of weeks you want to use the fluoride rinse. |
| Distribute premixed fluoride cups to children. | |
| Children tear back tab, pour fluoride solution into mouth, swish and spit back into cup. | |
| Wipe mouth with napkin, then place napkin into the cup to absorb the excess solution. | |
| The used cup and napkin are then discarded into the plastic waste bag. (Napkin and waste bag are provided with the premixed cups) |
| Open the fluoride packet and empty the powder into the container. | |
| Fill container with tap water to designated mark. | |
| Eject 10mL of solution into a cup by a stroke of the pump, and give the filled cup and napkin to the participant. | |
| Empty the contents of the cup into the mouth, and swish for one minute. | |
| Hold cup against the mouth, slowly spit the solution back into the cup. | |
| Wipe the mouth with the napkin, then place it into the cup to absorb the excess solution. The used cup and napkin are then discarded into the plastic waste bag. |
| The flavored tablets are taken daily and are available in 1.0mg. and 0.5mg. tablets. |
